  • I decided we were gonna do a slightly different thing today and promo a podcast I've been really into recently.  As y'all might have noticed, I'm getting into podcasting now.  While a lot of credit for getting into that can be given to The Official Podcast, the style I want to expand to can 100% be credited to Dead Meat.

Dead Meat is a channel run by a dude named James I've been following on Youtube since his third video.  I'm absolutely in love with his content, and in February when he and his girlfriend Chelsea started up this podcast.  Now James is very quick to say that Chelsea is the one who does most all the leg work on this project, so I just want to give credit where credit is due on that front.

The great thing about what these guys do is they give in depth, serious information about horror movies and the horror community.  The channel as a whole helped fan the flame of my love of horror movies, and the podcast has helped give me all kinds of information that I wouldn't have had otherwise.  There's a lot of back info in the community that I just don't have the time to catch up on, and these guys put it all in a convenient episode format for me.  The research that Chelsea puts into some of these episodes is amazing, and any time they do a movie review it's just an absolute treat to listen to.

If you need a new podcast to help pass some time or if you like horror culture, make sure to check this out.  I'm a huge fan of what they're doing, at least check out some of the kill count videos.  It's such freaking good content, totally worth your time.  Enjoy the lighter side of horror y'all, see you tomorrow with some music again.
