You know what I forgot I loved?  The band that combines The Beatles and Metallica.

This song is one of the greatest things I've heard in my life, with the song The Thing That Should Not Let It Be being the best.  I've already posted that one though, so here's a different absolutely amazing song.

The flying riff this song throws out there the whole time is probably the best part.  It's like, chase music or something, ya know?  It's a song that just makes me want to peel out in a donut or something and speed down the highway at ungodly speeds.

I hope y'all like it's it's a really good song.

Beatallica - Hella Day For Holiday

Language:  Maybe?  It's hard to understand.

Beatallica is a bit of a special thing.  Realistically there's a very low chance of something like a Beatles / Metallica band to work out, but these guys manage to make it work out really well.  The weird blend the get going on is rather beautiful and even though their newer album we a little Metallica heavy it's all good.  Mostly because the singer Jaymz manages to do a knockout impression of old school James Hetfield vocals.

But this is a Christmas album and shall be treated with the same indifference that most Christmas albums from non-Christmas bands should be treated with.  Contempt.  Not really, but it's a basic fact that most Christmas albums are of lower quality than regular stuff.

This is funny though, so I suppose I can get over my prejudice.

Beatallica - The Thing That Should Not Let It Be

I wasn't sure what to post today, but I heard my brother playing the into to Metallica's song One, which made me think of this.

Beatallica plays Metallica+Beatles mashups.  They actually have the full support of Metallica, but unsurprisingly the surviving Beatles want nothing to do with them.

I really love this song, it flawlessly blends a pile of stuff together and it makes me really happy.

**Edit 2.26.18:  Just wanted to swing by and throw some updates to my favorite song in Beatallica's discography.  This song is one of the perfect blends from the group.  From the musical combination to the lampooning of Paul McCartney's infamous "f*cking hell" in Hey Jude with a muffled "f*cker" right into the mic.  It's just a gorgeous song and worth a listen.

Beatallica - Fuel On The Hill

Beatallica is something special.  Starting as a joke that "went too far", they combine classic Metallica sound with lyrics and riffs from The Beatles.

They are truly unique in what I've found so far and they are completely backed by Metallica in their endeavor.  The surviving Beatles want nothing to do with them however.

If you aren't fairly familiar with both artist material this is probably not going to be as amusing to you as it is to me, so I'd say check both songs separately before listening to this stuff.  In this case, the songs would be "Fuel" by Metallica and "The Fool On The Hill" by The Beatles.
