A to Z Challenge: N is for Nachtmahr

Band:  Nachtmahr
Genre:  Industrial Techno

Another with no music video because, to the best of my knowledge at least, this guy has only released 1 video and I posted it ages ago.

Thomas Rainer of Nachtmahr is quite a fellow.  I don't know of too many bands who would combine Techno with Metal style vocal work, ya know?

This is gonna be a bit of a half assed post and I apologize for that.  This week has been miserably long and I accidentally fell asleep yesterday afternoon instead of writing this.

But hey, you've got some really weird music here to listen to while I probably go back to sleep, so that's a good thing, right?

Side note, this guy, despite what he may look like, is not a Nazi.  It's just part of the stage act and costume and if you look, all he's got is a military style uniform.  It doesn't even have a red arm band, it's a black one with an N.  Totes different.

Nachtmahr - Sklave

Artist - Nachtmahr
Genre - Dark Electronic, Dance

I continue to enjoy Nachtmahr, despite the fact that I'm still not really able to nail down his political ideologies.

You can't deny that the mix of harsh vocals with electronic music is a pretty cool mix of styles, and the synth line at the beginning of the chorus just hits me.  Not sure why, I just like it.

Side note, I just learned "Rocktober" is a thing, so we might be hitting that up.

Nachtmahr - I Hate Berlin

I haven't posted my "Nazi Dance Music" in 2 months, so here's another song for you to enjoy!

Some days at work are very stressful, but music like this that has a dance beat with harsh vocals really helps.  I find it to be good pump up music, though everybody has their own opinions.

Nachtmahr - Can You Feel The Beat

I found Nachtmahr after watching a Cyber Goth dance video.  The dancing was really sub par, but my brother showed them to me for the music anyway, and I lied the music.

Perusing the rest of his material I have found that I really enjoy the sound that it has.  Electronica isn't really something I get into much, but there are a few bands that I do tend to enjoy a lot, and I suppose that this guy can make that list.

Oh, and he's also super edgy for looking like a Nazi, don't forget.
