Gears of War Battle List

Basically this is a link to one of my Spotify playlists.  This is part of the playlist I used to kill things on Gears of War and Halo with my brother plus some new stuff that I hadn't heard of when I made the original list.

This is best played when put on random, but whatever you feel is best for enjoying an ever growing playlist of doom and destruction.  That makes it sound super dark, but it's still a lot of fun.

I used to love this game a lot.  I played it all the time and I think if you get a chance you should play it as well.

8-Bit music: Machine Head - Halo

I hope you listened to Halo when I posted it near the beginning of December.  It's a freaking awesome song that is totally worth the 9 minute listen.

This is an 8-bit version of that song and it's a pretty decent version as 8-bit goes.  They have a tenancy to be crappy a lot of the time, but I like this one.

Machine Head - Halo

Machine Head has a really really killer sound.  They've got harmonies, they've got killer leads, and just in general are things I like.

This album specifically has some amazing stuff on it, but today I'm just showing you this cause it's one of my favorites on the album.

One thing I don't like about the band though is that the singer is a gigantic a-hole.  An excellent example of it would be the statement he made when they canceled a tour with Children Of Bodom so they could work on their album.
