Johnny Cash - Ring Of Fire

I'm giving you this song for 2 reasons.  1 is because it's 10:30 and I need to be up too soon to actually think of a better post right now.  2 is because there's a mildly funny story attached to this song.

One night at band practice for Sunday morning we were messing around with the sound settings on the keyboard.  There's a mountain of really good sounds it can make and just a couple that aren't as great.  One of the good ones is this crappy trumpet sound.  Not like a band sound effect, but it sounds just like a cheap trumpet.  It's uncanny.

Anyway we realized that it sounded just like the trumpets in the beginning of Ring Of Fire.  You know what that means?  We decided to play it as our post-service music!

Unfortunately the leader wimped out at the last moment and didn't do it.  Also she had thought we were joking the whole time, even though we all took the 10 minutes needed to learn the song.  Ah well, lost chances.

Firstly, I don't usually like country music.  This is irrelevant.

Secondly, Avi Kaplan of Pentatonix is in this song, and he can sing freaking low.

Acapella music is something I've always enjoyed at least a little bit.  I'm not sure what it is about it, but it's probably the fact that the members of the group have to be really talented to pull it off well.
