Nine Lashes - Our Darkest Days

Band: Nine Lashes feat. Ryan Clark
Genre: Hard Rock

So I'm house sitting for a dude with two cats. I have literally nothing to do here since my internet connection is some of the worst stuff I've dealt with in years so I've been playing my bass more. I got really lazy last time I needed my bass amp so it's been in my trunk and I finally pulled it out to start using it to practice with. Like, I had it in there for a solid 8 months. Oops. But hey, it got me working on music again and that's what counts.

My brother's band plays a Nine Lashes song, not this one, but I figured it I learned how to play it then we could jam sometime.

Long story short though he's the one that introduced me to this band so any time I listen to this group it brings it to mind.

Really catchy song though, I'd advise listening to it.

Nine Lashes - Never Back Down

Band: Nine Lashes
Genre: Hard Rock

First time I had heard these guys was when my brother was learning how to play this song. It's one of the songs that his band covers so he was practicing it a lot.

It took me straight up ages to actually listen to them, but I was really glad once I did because one of my favorite Metal vocalists did a song with them which really makes me happy.

And for real, the intro to this song is freaking solid. That synth thing that sits with the main guitar riff just gets me for no real reason. I mean sure, they have a little bit of a generic sound and all, but it's still fun to listen to, ya dig?

What I'm about

I am Noah, king of casual english; One of those bloggers that just doesn't know how to string a proper sentence together to save his life. I really apologize for those of you that will hate that, apparently my honors in english just didn't stick.

I like everything from Satanic Thrash to Top 40s trash, so I'll probably hit on at least one song that you like someday.

Let's be real though, my main pull is Death Metal and Rap, so you'll see a decent amount of that since those are the two industries I mainly follow.

Schedule and Stuff

The posts go live at 12 am EST. If they don't, I probably wrote them the night before and fell asleep before actually clicking on the publish button. It's all good though.

Music wise I mostly pull from what I like. I'm totally open to suggestions in the comments, so if there's some genre you want to hear more of just let me know and I'll do what I can.

Some of this music might be offensive to you. Apologies, but it'll probably happen. Heck, 6 or 7 years ago I'd probably be appalled at what I'm listening to nowadays, haha

I'll try to always tag for language if the song has it though, so you can at least make sure not to listen to if around younger ears if that's something that concerns you.
